WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — Dog owners in Windsor Locks will <a href="https://www.facebook.com/share/p/17qGMNqKrj/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">soon be able to register</a> their pets for the new licensing year. Dog licensing begins June 1, 2026, according to a town notice. Residents may register their dogs in person, by mail or online. Dog owners are asked to provide a rabies certificate when registering. Spay or neuter information should also be provided, if applicable. The fee is $8 for an altered dog and $19 for an unaltered dog. A $2 convenience fee applies for online registration and card payments. Residents with questions can call 860-627-1441 or email townclerk@wlocks.com.
