The Woodbury Volunteer Fire Department's annual Mothers Day Pancake Breakfast will get underway at the headquarters 25 Quassuk Road Sunday May 10th from 7am to 11am “We’ve had nearly 130 call-outs, including eight structure fires, since January 1st,” says Fire Chief Janet B. Morgan.“We look forward to relaxing with our neighbor moms and families– provided our firefighters can all be present and not needed for a response.”
There is a small fee, with an even smaller charge for children and senior citizens. Firefighters and families their will cook and serve a pancake stack with or without berries as well as bacon and beverages. “Give mom a break and some good cheer. Come join us,” concludes Chief Morgan.
