The Art of Hosting a Dinner Party: Holiday Wine Pairing Seminar at Plum Market Aventura - November 1

This holiday season, Plum Market Aventura is bringing its specialty departments together for “The Art of Hosting a Dinner Party,” a new four-part series that takes guests through the essentials of entertaining at home, from creating a seasonal centerpiece and selecting the wine to preparing appetizers and assembling cheese boards. On Wednesday, November 18 from 6-7 p.m., Plum Market’s wine team will host a guided tasting featuring four wines paired with four bites. Guests will learn the fundamentals of pairing acidity, tannins, sweetness and body with food, along with ideal serving temperatures, how much wine to buy for a gathering and how to properly open a bottle of wine.
