Journey through one of the world's most celebrated wine regions as you enjoy a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner paired with distinctive Spanish wines that showcase the country's rich winemaking heritage—from the bold reds of Rioja and Ribera del Duero to vibrant whites and sparkling Cava.
The prix fixe menu includes:
- First Course: Pintxo de Pulpo – charred octopus, chorizo, peppers and tomato bread; matched with Poema Brut, Cava
- Second Course: Andalusian Gazpacho – Sungold salsa and grilled croutons; matched with Pazo Cilleiro Albariño, Rías Baixas
- Third Course: Paella de Mariscos a la Parrilla – grilled seafood paella; matched with Marqués de Cáceres Gran Reserva, Rioja
