St. Alfred's Centering Prayer Group invites you to withdraw from the cares of the world by attending a morning of silent prayer. Please join us on Saturday, September 19th at 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., in the Choir Room. For questions or to register, please email: marypat.sjostrom@gmail.com. Registration in NOT required, but it will help us know how to set up the prayer circle. While Centering Prayer is the basis of our teaching, all meditation paths are welcome. Books on spiritual journey will be available to browse or to borrow from the church.
