LA-Based Frozen Greek Yogurt Chain Opening First Tampa Bay Shop

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A Los Angeles-based frozen Greek yogurt chain is moving into the Tampa Bay area with its first location in the region opening Saturday.

Go Greek Yogurt is opening at the Sundial in St. Petersburg at 153 Second Ave. N. at noon.

The first 50 guests will receive a free frozen Greek yogurt up to 7 oz., according to the St. Pete location’s social media page.

The brand also offers imported, fresh Greek yogurt, smoothies, and sweet and savory Greek bowls, according to its website.

Toppings include various fresh fruits, various chocolate chips, granola, gummies, chia seeds, walnuts, flax seeds, toasted coconut, peanut butter and authentic Greek honey.

“Go Greek Yogurt is an authentic yogurt bar and cafe where passion for quality meets the inspiration of Greek culture and cuisine,” the company said on its website. “Our mission is rooted in providing a nutritious and delicious alternative to regular meals. We believe in nourishing both the body and soul through probiotic-packed options that promote a healthier lifestyle.”

There are currently two Go Greek Yogurt locations open in Florida, both in Miami.

In addition to St. Petersburg, other shops are coming soon to Miami, Miami Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and Jacksonville.

There are also locations operating in or in the works in Arizona, California, Georgia, Nevada, New York, Texas, Washington, D.C., and Washington state.

Go Greek Yogurt shops can also be found in England and the Middle East.
