Vietnamese Coffee Shop Sets Opening Date In Grand Central District

A Vietnamese coffee shop serving matcha, phin-drip coffee, croffles and baguette sticks has set its opening date in Grand Central District.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A Vietnamese coffee shop is opening soon in the Grand Central District

Say Coffee House, 2414 Central Ave., will celebrate its grand opening on Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

“Doors are open. Coffee is ready. Matcha is ready. Everything is ready,” the coffee shop said in a social media post. “Stop by, take a seat, and spend some time with us.”

During the grand opening weekend, guests can sign up to win a goodie bag that has a $40-plus value, according to a flier in the shop’s window. Twenty winners will be selected each day.

The coffee shop will serve signature coffee, phin-drip coffee, lattes, matcha and tea drinks.

The food menu includes Vietnamese baguette sticks and various flavors of croffles (croissant waffles.)

The coffee shop’s owner also owns Sip Tea Boba in Pinellas Park.
