Integrative Pelvic-Abdominal Therapy™ (iPAT) is a hands-on clinical method developed by Dr. Bella Lauren, rooted in over 25 years of experience as a Holistic Physician, Midwife, Massage Therapist, and practitioner specializing in women’s wellness, pelvic care, and abdominal health.

This work integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine, manual therapy, and somatic awareness to support the functional balance of the abdomen and pelvis. Drawing from decades of clinical practice and lineage-based healing arts, this training offers a comprehensive and embodied approach to treating the pelvic-abdominal core.

Participants will be introduced to gentle and effective techniques designed to improve circulation, regulate the nervous system, and support the health of the organs, fascia, and connective tissues within the abdominal and pelvic bowl.

This course is designed to provide immediately applicable skills for clinical practice while deepening the practitioner’s understanding of the body as an integrated system of blood, lymph, qi, nerve, and breath.

• Foundations of pelvic and abdominal anatomy
• Techniques to support circulation of blood, lymph, qi, and nerve flow
• Gentle abdominal therapy methods for digestive and reproductive health
• Somatic awareness and therapeutic presence
• Foundational self-care practices for pelvic vitality

Dr. Bella’s work is informed by Traditional Chinese Medicine, Mayan abdominal therapy, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic medicine, and midwifery, offering a deeply integrative and lineage-rooted approach to healing.
