• St. Leo Commissioners Shoot Down Proposed Mohr's Crossing Subdivision (hernandosun.com) — Residents from across Pasco County, including Wesley Chapel, packed a St. Leo hearing to oppose a massive 600-plus-home subdivision on the Abbey Golf Course. After nearly three hours of emotional testimony about traffic, sprawl and rural character, town commissioners voted against advancing the land-use change, dealing a setback to the proposed Mohr’s Crossing project.
