Founded by Bidwell Cranage, a board-certified nurse practitioner, Bidwell Health focuses on fast, affordable care for everyday health needs: urinary tract infections (UTI), bacterial vaginosis (BV), yeast infections, and prescription refills, along with several other conditions.

Visits are asynchronous, which means there is no video appointment to schedule. You answer a focused set of questions about your symptoms, a licensed clinician reviews your case, and when treatment is appropriate, a prescription is sent to your pharmacy, often the same day.

The flat fee is $45 for the visit. Any medication is paid separately at your pharmacy, where common antibiotics are frequently inexpensive.

Bidwell Health is based in West Palm Beach and serves patients across 11 states, with a strong Florida focus. For uncomplicated conditions in otherwise healthy adults, online care is a convenient option. Certain situations, such as fever, severe pain, pregnancy, or symptoms that need an in-person exam, are better handled in person, and the practice will tell you when that is the case.
