Bidwell Health is a cash-pay online telehealth practice. Visits are a flat $45, with no insurance billing, no required membership or subscription, and no hidden fees. If a clinician prescribes medication, the medication itself is paid separately by the patient at their own pharmacy.

Each visit starts with a set of questions about the patient's symptoms. A licensed clinician evaluates the visit and determines whether treatment is appropriate, sending a prescription to the patient's pharmacy when appropriate, often the same day.

Bidwell Health treats urinary tract infections (UTI), bacterial vaginosis (BV), yeast infection, erectile dysfunction (ED), male pattern hair loss, and eyelash growth (Latisse or generic bimatoprost). It also treats oral herpes and cold sores for patients with a prior diagnosis, and genital herpes for patients with a prior diagnosis, along with prescription bridge refills for stable, non-controlled chronic medications. A separate travel and allergy line covers motion sickness, altitude sickness prevention, traveler's diarrhea, malaria prevention, and epinephrine auto-injector refills.
