Bidwell Health is a cash-pay telehealth practice offering $45 online visits for eligible adults ages 18 and older in 11 states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Iowa, Maryland, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, Virginia, and Washington. The practice is based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Patients must be physically located in a supported state at the time of their visit.
There is no insurance billing and no required membership or subscription. The visit fee covers clinician review, the treatment decision, and follow-up messaging. If medication is prescribed, its cost is paid separately at the patient’s chosen pharmacy.
Each visit starts with an interactive online intake reviewed and evaluated by a licensed clinician. The clinician may message the patient with follow-up questions before making a decision. No scheduled video appointment is required. Reviews happen seven days a week, usually the same day. When treatment is clinically appropriate, prescriptions are sent electronically to the patient’s chosen pharmacy.
Services include urinary tract infections (UTIs), bacterial vaginosis (BV), vaginal yeast infections, erectile dysfunction, male pattern hair loss, and prescription eyelash growth treatment. Bidwell Health also treats oral herpes or cold sores and genital herpes in patients with a prior diagnosis, and offers short-term bridge refills for eligible, stable, non-controlled chronic medications.
Travel services include motion sickness treatment, altitude sickness prevention, standby treatment for traveler’s diarrhea, and malaria prevention. Epinephrine auto-injector refills are available for patients with a previously diagnosed severe allergy.

Eligibility depends on the condition, medical history, and clinician assessment. Bidwell Health does not provide emergency care or prescribe controlled substances. Conditions requiring an in-person examination, testing, or a higher level of care are referred appropriately.
