Son Of Ex-'RHOA', ATL Falcons Stars Charged In Sexual Assault Case: Reports
The son of ex-'RHOA' star Kim Zolciak & ex-ATL Falcons star Kroy Biermann Sr. is facing charges in a sexual assault case, media reports say.
ALPHARETTA, GA — The son of former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak and former Atlanta Falcons linebacker Kroy Biermann Sr. is being accused of sexual assault in Fulton County, several media reports say.
Kroy Biermann Jr., the former couple's 15-year-old son, was arrested on Aug. 17 after a classmate accused him of sexually assaulting her in a changing room near a co-ed sauna at a Fulton County high school, media reports say.
Police officers in Alpharetta responded to North Fulton Hospital on April 24 in connection with the case, WANF-TV reported. The listed date on a redacted incident report was reportedly April 23.

Biermann Jr. is facing charges of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery, CBS News reported. He is reportedly scheduled to go before a judge at a Sept. 1 hearing.
The younger Biermann notified his father of the accusations against him in May, TMZ reported.
