Atlanta Dream Searches For Arena For 2026 WNBA Finals: Report
The Dream will make their first WNBA Finals appearance since 2013, but where they will host home games remains in limbo, media reports say.

ATLANTA, GA — After the Atlanta Dream punched their ticket to the 2026 WNBA Finals, concerns recently arose over where the team would have their home games.
The Dream's three-game sweep over the New York Liberty propelled them to a meeting with the Golden State Valkyries. The Dream will make their first Finals appearance since 2013.
But, the question remains: Where will the Dream have their home games for the best-of-seven championship series?

According to USA Today Sports, the team has so far been unsuccessful in locating a venue outside of its 3,500-seat Gateway Center.
The Dream is unable to utilize State Farm Arena, where it has been hosting home games during the playoffs, due to a conflict with an already scheduled concert and two Atlanta Hawks preseason games.

The team on Oct. 6 announced State Farm as its new home, effective the 2027 WNBA season. All 25 home games of the Dream's regular season will be played at State Farm.
Until then, the Dream attempted to book the Gas South Arena and Georgia Tech's McCamish Pavilion for the Finals, but have reportedly not been able to do so as of Monday.
Game 3, Game 4 - and if needed, Game 6, will be played at Gateway as it stood Monday, USA Today Sports reported.
The Finals will begin at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Chase Center in San Francisco. The Dream (No. 4) will start the series on the road as the Valkyries (No. 2) held a higher seed at the end of the regular season.
The first two games will be played at Chase, affectionately dubbed "Ballhalla," and the Dream are set to host the third and fourth game in the possible seven-game series.
The games will air on Peacock. USA Today and NBC will each air select games.
