Miller, Strickland Top Projected Winners In GA Primary 2026: See List
Georgia voters determined who is staying the course on the campaign trail toward the November general election and whose ride ended early.

Among major races Tuesday, multiple nominees learned their fate in Georgia's general primary.
Three key races were lieutenant governor, secretary of state and attorney general. The two former races resulted in runoffs, which will be held on June 16.
Candidates must have cleared the required 50 percent plus one vote threshold to avoid a runoff in the primary.

Party nominees in their respective races will head to the Nov. 3 general election. A runoff could be held on Dec. 1.
Georgia Republicans looked for a challenger to Democratic U.S. Sen. Jon Ossoff. U.S. Reps. Mike Collins and Buddy Carter played up their conservative records on Capitol Hill, while former college football coach Derek Dooley pitched himself as a political outsider.
