Parkland Communities Expands Leadership Team to Support Rapid Growth
Home builder hires Director of Operations and Director of Sales

Parkland Communities is celebrating continued growth throughout metro Atlanta and Georgia. The developer just added two key leadership positions and continues to actively recruit for additional roles across all organizations.
The company has experienced growth in every facet of the business including land development, build-to-rent, property management and newly created for-sale and brokerage divisions. Recent milestones include the successful lease-up, stabilization, and refinance of Sugarloaf Landing, the successful launch of leasing at Morgan Park, the expansion of Parkland Residential's build-to-rent and build-for-sale portfolio and pipeline of more than 3,000 lots, and the newly created Prim Realty to support the company's portfolio of for-sale communities.
To support that growth, Parkland Companies recently welcomed Kristine Forbes as Director of Sales for Prim Realty. Forbes reunites with Parkland Communities’ President Jim Jacobi after previously working together at JEH Homes. She brings decades of experience in new home sales and leadership, having also held key positions with Jolly Development and Lennar. She will oversee sales strategy for Parkland's expanding portfolio of for-sale communities.
The company also added Farrell Middleton as Director of Operations. Middleton brings extensive leadership experience in homebuilding operations, construction management, sales and organizational development. His background includes work with DRB Homes, Beazer Homes and Toll Brothers/ Sharp Residential. Most recently, his company, The Bell Curve of Life, focused on building high-performing teams and improving operational efficiency. Middleton will support Parkland Companies by facilitating systematic growth during its rapid expansion across Georgia.
In addition, the company is continuing to hire new talent to support its growing development pipeline and is actively recruiting for leasing agents, assistant property managers, property managers, maintenance technicians, a mid-level landscape architect and several additional positions as new communities move through development, construction, leasing and sales.
