
IDA Georgia will host the 2026 Dyslexia Dash at Perimeter Mall on Saturday, October 17, bringing together runners, families, educators and community organizations during Dyslexia Awareness Month.
The event includes a Peachtree Road Race qualifier 5K, Kids’ 1-Mile Fun Run and family-friendly festival with Curiosity Corner games, Creation Station crafts, Rock for Dyslexia, face painting, music, sponsor and nonprofit booths, and hands-on activities with dyslexic authors and creators.
Since the first Dyslexia Dash in 2006, the event has grown into one of IDA Georgia’s signature community events. Proceeds support teacher-training scholarships, community grants and outreach across Georgia.
Kids’ 1-Mile Fun Run: 7:45 a.m.
5K: 8:15 a.m.
Arrive as early as 7:00 a.m. for bib pickup and festival activities.
