IL Lottery Player Scores $800K Jackpot

Someone in Illinois is the lucky winner of an $800,000 jackpot, Illinois Lottery officials said Friday.

A lucky iLottery player matched all five numbers — 11-20-21-33-35 — in the Oct. 8 evening drawing of the Lucky Day Lotto.

Lucky Day Lotto winners have one year from the draw date to claim their prizes.

So far this year, 29 players have won more than $500,000 from the Lucky Day Lotto. Nearly 9 million tickets have been sold statewide over the game's lifetime.

An Illinois-only draw game, Lucky Day Lotto has two daily drawings, at 12:40 p.m. and 9:22 p.m. Jackpots start at $100,000. Tickets are available in-store, online and on the Illinois Lottery app.
