Santa’s Village Opens 2026 Season May 16 With New Attractions

EAST DUNDEE, IL — Santa’s Village Amusement & Water Park is excited to announce the start of its 2026 season.

The amusement park and petting zoo will open on May 16, followed by the opening of Santa Springs Water Park on May 23, according to a news release. Families are invited to kick off a summer of fun with new attractions, returning favorites, and experiences designed for guests of all ages.

This season brings several exciting additions to the park’s beloved barnyard areas, including:

• Parakeet Paradise, returning in a brand-new aviary located within the Old MacDonald Barnyard. Guests can walk among the birds, enjoy up-close interactions, and feed them in this immersive experience.
• MOOville, a brand-new barnyard expansion that takes guests along a scenic, hilly pasture where they can see a variety of baby and miniature cows.

At Santa Springs Water Park, guests can experience:

• Coconut Competition, a four-lane mat racer slide that is now fully launching after a limited debut last season. Guests can race their friends to the finish for a fast-paced, competitive experience.

In addition to new attractions, Santa’s Village is celebrating families and the community with special appreciation days beginning in May:

• May 17: Belated Mother’s Day Celebration: Moms receive free admission when attending with a paid admission.
• May 23: Teachers receive free admission with a valid ID when attending with a paid admission.
• May 24: First responders (fire, police, and EMT) receive free admission with a valid ID when attending with a paid admission.
