District 214 Foundation Hosting Topgolf Fundraiser In Schaumburg

Golf bays are sold out, but non-golfers can still attend the Sept. 3 fundraiser in Schaumburg.

SCHAUMBURG, IL — The District 214 Education Foundation will bring supporters together at Topgolf Schaumburg next month for an annual fundraiser benefiting students and families across High School District 214.

Tee Up for 214 is scheduled from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, and will feature golf, an appetizer buffet, music, contests, live leaderboards and a raffle.

While golf bays for the event have already sold out, organizers said community members can still register to attend as non-golfing guests. Sponsorships, donations and raffle contributions are also being accepted.

Proceeds benefit programs supported by the District 214 Education Foundation, which provides educational opportunities and assistance for students and families throughout the district.

Foundation-supported efforts include opportunities for students to explore careers and plans, develop their interests and talents, and access assistance when financial or other barriers interfere with their education.

The event is open to community members, families, alumni, businesses and other supporters of District 214. Participants do not need to be golfers to attend.
