Man Found Dead In Batavia Home, Woman Seriously Hurt: Police
Police are investigating after a man was found dead inside a Batavia home on Saturday, and a woman was seriously injured.
BATAVIA, IL — Police are investigating after a man was found dead inside a Batavia home on Saturday.
Shortly after 3:50 a.m., Batavia police responded to an apartment in the 1100 block of East Wilson Street after receiving a 911 call requesting emergency assistance
When police arrived, they were met outside by a 27-year-old woman, who had apparent injuries. Inside the apartment, officers located a dead 29-year-old man.

Medics took the woman to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
According to police, the man and woman knew each other. Police did not release additional details.
