Bolingbrook's Arbor Day Celebration, Community Shred Set For Saturday

The celebration will kick off with a tree planting at 10 a.m. at Liberty Park, 298 N. Orchard Drive.

BOLINGBROOK, IL — The Village of Bolingbrook will host its annual Arbor Day Celebration and Festival on Saturday, bringing tree giveaways, raffles, games and more to the community.

The celebration will kick off with a tree planting at 10 a.m. at Liberty Park, 298 N. Orchard Drive. Next, the festival will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. behind Bolingbrook Town Center, 375 W. Briarcliff.

At the fest, there will be tree giveaways, games and prizes, raffles, expert planting advice, and free hot dogs and water (while supplies last). A drive-up community shred event for Bolingbrook residents will also be held at Town Center from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to the Village.
