$4K In Cosmetics Stolen From Store: Buffalo Grove Police Blotter

BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The following information comes from Buffalo Grove Police Department reports. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.

RETAIL THEFT

1225 W. Dundee Road — Police said 300 cosmetics and other items, with a total value of $4,050, were stolen at 8 p.m. Sept. 10.

THEFT

5 Villa Verde — A package containing a slow cooker valued at $144 was stolen from a lobby at 4:53 p.m. Sept. 13, police said.

DUI

Robert S. Weid, 61, of Deer Park, was arrested at 7:08 p.m. Sept. 12 near Lake Cook and Weidner roads and charged with DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving too fast for conditions and crossing a designated median. He is due in court Oct. 21 in Waukegan.

Lindsey Zoyohua, 21, of Park City, was arrested at 12:31 a.m. Sept. 13 near Arlington Heights Road and Fremont Way and charged with DUI, endangering the life or health of a child, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She is due in court Oct. 7 in Waukegan.
