SENDGEANCE! - Rope Competition

Welcome to the hottest climbing comp of the year—where the sends are strong, the vibes are electric, and the crowd is hyped.

This isn’t just any competition—it’s a showdown. Lights up, music pumping, and climbers throwing down for the ultimate glory. Whether you’re here to test your limits, redeem yourself with some SENDGEANCE, or just soak in the energy, this is the night to make it happen.

This competition is open to both members and non-members alike. Competitors must be ages 13 & up. Bring your crew, bring the hype, and let’s make some noise. You ready?

Belaying

Top Rope/Lead: It is highly encouraged that if you need a belay check for top rope or lead that you come to the gym PRIOR to the competition day.

Community belaying: Come ready to trade a belay with your friends + other climbers!

Divisions & Categories

Climbers of all abilties can compete in Sendgeance. Our Recreation, Intermediate, and Open level categories will include Mens, Womens, Non-Binary, and Silver Fox (50+). Our  Men's, Women's, and Non-Binary's Open category will have a chance to qualify for a LIVE onsight finals.

Paraclimbing Category - Compete against other climbers for a chance to take the podium stand. All skill Levels and Genders will be included in this one category. No Live onsight finals.

Grade Ranges

Recreation - 5.Easy to 5.10a

Intermediate - 5.10b to 5.11b

Open - 5.11c and Up

Format

Schedule-  Doors open at 8AM. Competitors will climb in two heats! In the morning Heat 1: 8:30AM-11:30AM and in the afternoon Heat 2: 12:30PM-3:30PM. Finals will take place afterwards at 5PM. Prizes and party will happen after finals! So make sure to stick around - we will not be holding prizes

Modified Redpoint- In this format climbers are scored on their top routes points. Each climber has limited attempts per route and you will score points based on how high you get on each climb via how many zones you reach. Routes will be labeled by number. The higher the number, The harder the grade.

Onsight Final- The top scoring competitors from the Men's, Women's, and Non-Binary's only Open Category will qualify for the onsight finals. In this format, climbers will have 1 route with one attempt. The climber that reaches the highest point on the wall will win the event.
