Intro to Pasta Making is an intimate, hands-on experience designed to slow you down and reconnect you to the ritual of cooking. The evening begins with a brief history of handmade pasta and the rich culture surrounding Italian cuisine before moving into guided instruction on mixing, kneading, and rolling fresh pasta dough entirely by hand.
Throughout the class, guests will learn foundational pasta making techniques with personalized guidance from Chef Jonathan Court of Eclectic Cooking. You’ll leave with the pasta you create in class, along with recipes for the dough, sauce, and fillings so you can continue the experience at home.
The evening concludes with a shared plate of freshly prepared pasta and a crisp summer salad by Eclectic Cooking.
