Fall flavors abound this Thanksgiving at FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar, located at the Radisson Blu in Chicago’s iconic Aqua Tower. The holiday feast, which will be offered on both Thanksgiving and the day before, leans on seasonal ingredients and traditional flavors for a hearty and festive meal. Menu items include Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque, Rosemary Citrus Turkey or Baked Ham, Yukon Mashed Potato with House Gravy, and Pineapple Orange Cranberry Chutney. Pumpkin Pie with Chantilly Citrus Cream rounds out dinner with a sweet reason to give thanks.
