Signify Health providing free fall prevention resources, health information at DuPage County Fall Senior Expo

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, invites older adults, caregivers and community members to stop by its booth at the DuPage County Fall Senior Expo on Thursday, September 3 to learn more about fall prevention, in-home health evaluations and other resources that can help people stay healthy and independent.

Visitors to the booth can:

  • Receive a free 60-second balance test administered by a Signify Health clinician
  • Learn about In-Home Health Evaluations (IHEs) and ask questions about preventive care
  • Check eligibility and schedule an IHE appointment, if appropriate
  • Pick up a complimentary Fall Prevention Kit while supplies last, including practical items such as non-slip socks, resistance bands, pill organizers, rug grippers and educational materials

The event is free and open to the public. Seniors, caregivers, family members, and community residents are encouraged to attend and visit the Signify Health booth to learn more about staying safe, healthy and independent at home. Attendees who pre-register through the event website may be eligible for prize drawings offered by event organizers.
