The farm is closed on April 27 as storms are forecast to move through the region.

KANE COUNTY, IL — Kuipers Family Farm has announced that the Midwest Tulip Fest will be closed Monday due to forecasted severe weather.

In a social media post, the farm said the decision was made out of an abundance of caution to ensure the safety of guests and staff as storm systems move through the Midwest.

“We want to ensure all of our guests and farm team members stay safe while these storms pass through," the farm noted in its Facebook post.
