Hale Street Outdoor Dining Tents Return To Wheaton For 2026 Season

WHEATON, IL — Now that warmer weather has returned, Downtown Wheaton Association's Hale Street tents are set to reopen in Wheaton for the 2026 season.

Starting April 26, Hale Street will be closed from Front Street to Wesley Street to accommodate the outdoor dining tents. The closures will be in effect into early fall.

Dining in the Hale Street Tents is set to kick off May 1, giving residents the opportunity to buy meals from local restaurants and enjoy them outdoors. To add to the fun atmosphere, musicians will perform live on select days.
