Club 120 launches two new fitness programs on June 1, June 3

Mindful Movement, Mondays at 1pm; Gentle Yoga, Wednesdays at 10:30am. Affordable $2.00 per session

Club 120 at Oak Crest in Elgin, where community wellness, and connection come together for people of all ages, will launch two new fitness programs in June. Mindful Movement on Mondays, starting June 1 at 1pm, and Gentle Yoga on Wednesdays, starting on June 3 at 10:30am, will be led by a certified instruction from Fit Group USA. Cost per 30 minute sessions are only $2.00 each.

“The 30-minute will be followed by light refreshments and good conversation,” said Susan Cincinelli, executive director, Atrium at Oak Crest. “We invite community members to attend and offer this perfect way to move a little, breathe a little, and connect with your neighbors. Our Club 120 is a welcoming place for any age.”

The Mindful Movement sessions on Monday are a gentle restorative class featuring tai chi and breath work designed to calm the mind and nurture the body. Presented for all fitness levels.

The Gentle Yoga sessions on Wednesday are a welcoming seated yoga class that builds strength, flexibility, and ease with no experience necessary.
