Inaugural Local Author Fair Coming to East Dundee

Spend a summer afternoon browsing for new books and chatting with local authors on Saturday, June 13, from 12:00p until 3:00p at the East Dundee Downtown Depot.

Tents and tables will be set up on the Depot lawn for laid-back strolling and exploration of genres, with friendly authors eager to talk about writing.

Authors include Joanie Baker-Goldberg, Steve Frederic, Kate Gingold, Chris Gerrib, Candace D. Marquez Green, Nicole M. Hewitt, Jyn Majewski, Sara McAllister, Kim Oclon, Eveline Rose, Tatiana Salisbury, Eden Sandoval, Sara Shacter, Steven H. Silver, Patricia Toht, and Jenny Wagh.

Sponsored by Kim Robbins Oclon and the East Dundee Arts Council, this first-ever event is free to attend and open to all. The Depot is surrounded by a number of terrific restaurants that are just steps away, so plan on making it a summer afternoon outing!
