He played for the university's football team and has coached in the NFL for years.

ELMHURST, IL – A 2010 Elmhurst University graduate was named earlier this week as the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals football team.
Mike LaFleur became the first Elmhurst University Bluejay to lead an NFL team. His brother, Matt LaFleur, is the head coach of the Green Bay Packers. They are the third pair of brothers to serve at the same time as NFL head coaches.
According to a university news release, Mike LaFleur played both sides of the ball, starting as a quarterback as a sophomore in 2006 and later moving into the Bluejay secondary as a senior and team captain.
