Spring Break Egg Hunt, Game Night Planned In Geneva
The plan is for participants to compete on a Nintendo Switch connected to a jumbo screen for a chance to win prizes, organizers said.
GENEVA, IL — The Geneva Park District is inviting teens to level up their spring breaks by attending a game night and flashlight egg hunt ahead of Easter.
Designed for ages 11-16, the event will be about friendly competition, music and a glow-in-the-dark adventure, organizers said. Participants will compete with each other on a Nintendo Switch connected to an indoor jumbo screen for a chance to win prizes.
The Glow-Up Game Night and Flashlight Egg Hunt is planned from 6-7:30 p.m. April 2 at the Stephen Persinger Recreation Center, 3507 Kaneville Road.

"It's a great opportunity during spring break to meet new friends or hang with old ones and have fun doing what you're already doing at home, just on the jumbo screen," Ally Paulson, recreation coordinator, said in a statement.
Tickets cost $10 for residents and $15 for non-residents. Registration is available through the park district's website.
