Wintrust Support For Glenview Park District Extended Through 2028
The agreement will support fireworks, concerts, races, recreational scholarships and food assistance programs in Glenview.
GLENVIEW, IL — The Glenview Park District has renewed its Park Partnership with Wintrust Financial Corporation and Glenview Bank & Trust for two years, continuing a relationship that supports parks, programs and community events through 2028.
The partnership will support several Glenview Park District events, including the Glenview Fourth of July Twilight Fireworks Show, Bearfoot in the Park Concert Series, Jammin’ 5K and Foam Frenzy Fun Run, outdoor pool events and three Glenview Park Foundation fundraising events: the Firecracker Golf Classic, Glenview 3v3 Summer Soccer Fest and Winterfest.
The Glenview Farmers Market LINK Program, a local family food assistance program, and the park district’s Leisureship Program, which provides recreational scholarships for families experiencing financial hardship, will also continue receiving philanthropic contributions through the partnership.

“Wintrust continues to show what it means to be a true community partner,” Glenview Park District Executive Director Michael McCarty said in a statement. “Their support helps us enhance events, support families and create opportunities for residents to connect through parks and recreation. We are grateful for their investment in our community.”
Jeffrey Thoelecke, executive vice president of Wintrust Community Banks, said the company is looking forward to continuing its work with the park district.

The Glenview Park District said it is recognizing Wintrust for its continued support and has shared a sponsorship appreciation video highlighting the partnership’s impact in the community.
