CLC Grayslake Campus Briefly Placed In Soft Lockdown After Threat Report

GRAYSLAKE — The College of Lake County’s Grayslake campus was placed under a soft lockdown Monday evening after a threat was reported to CLC police, according to the college.

The lockdown, during which exterior doors were locked, began at about 6:10 p.m. and was lifted at 6:44 p.m. CLC police quickly investigated the reported threat and determined it was unfounded, the college said.

The soft lockdown was lifted following the investigation.
