Richardson Adventure Farm Announces Fall Opening Date

SPRING GROVE, IL — Fall fun is just around the corner at Richardson Adventure Farm, where the 2026 season will officially kick off on Saturday, Sept. 12 and run through Sunday, Nov. 1.

The popular Spring Grove destination will once again feature its sprawling corn maze, sunflower fields, pumpkin patch and dozens of family-friendly attractions. Admission includes access to the farm's famous corn maze — billed as the world's largest — along with wagon rides, pedal carts, giant slides, zip lines, jumping pillows, pig races and other attractions, according to the business's website.

The sunflower fields will also open Sept. 12, if growing conditions cooperate. Farm officials noted the blooms may vary depending on weather.

Several special events are also planned throughout the season, including "Maze 'Til Midnight" evenings on Sept. 26 and Oct. 24, when guests can explore the maze and attractions until midnight with paid admission. Additional events, including the annual Corn Maze 5K and horseback rides through the maze, are expected to be announced later, according to Richardson Adventure Farm.

Richardson Adventure Farm is located at 909 English Prairie Road in Spring Grove.
