Early Voting Starts Under Way Now In Highland Park: What To Know

Highland Park voters can cast their ballots now until Election Day on March 17.

HIGHLAND PARK, IL — Early voting for the 2026 Primary Election is open now in Highland Park.

The early voting period will run from March 2 to 16 at the Highwood Library and Community Center. The voting center will be open during select hours of:

Weekdays

  • March 2-6: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • March 9-13: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • March 16: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Saturdays

  • March: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • March 14: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sundays

  • March 8: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • March 15: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

For those who still haven't registered to vote, you can still register and vote at early voting locations during the grace period, which lasts until Election Day. To register and vote, residents should bring two valid forms of ID, including one that shows your currrent address.

Highland Park voters will be voting in the primary elections for the 10th Congressional District as well as many other federal, state and county offices.
