Hinsdale Suspect Gets 3rd DUI, Goes To Jail: Cops
The man was asleep behind the wheel on a major street, police said.

HINSDALE, IL – Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the report:
Third DUI offense
- Neill E. Horton, 66, of Westmont, was arrested about 9 p.m. Thursday in the 800 block of West 55th Street on charges of aggravated DUI and being stopped or parked on a roadway. Police said he was asleep behind the wheel. Horton submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. Police said it was his third DUI. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

- An 18-year-old Brookfield man was arrested about 11 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of East Ogden Avenue on charges of DUI, improper lane use, following too closely and transportation of open alcohol by a driver. He submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. The man was given a court date and then released.
Warrant
- A 66-year-old man who lives at Spinning Wheel Apartments, 21 Spinning Wheel Road, was arrested about 9:30 a.m. June 16 at Washington and Maple streets on charges of driving with a revoked license, speeding and driving an uninsured car. He was wanted on a Cook County warrant. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail for warrant service.
