Lockport Sets 2026 Trick-Or-Treating Hours

LOCKPORT, IL — Halloween is just over a month away, and Oct. 31 falls on a Saturday this year.

The City of Lockport has set its recommended trick-or-treating hours as 4 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 31.

There are several Halloween-themed events planned throughout October in Lockport, including the trackside Halloween Market on Oct. 17; and a showing of "Ghostbusters" at the Roxy on Oct. 18.

The Halloween Market wil be held from 4 to 8 p.m. at 133 W. 13th St., and costumes are encouraged. There will be free admission for the family-friendly market which will include vendors, music, food trucks and some spooky surprises, according to Chicago Street Markets, which organizes the event.
