Discover the deeply restful practice of Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep. During this guided meditation, you’ll lie comfortably on your mat, close your eyes, and journey inward as the body rests and the mind settles into the peaceful space between waking and sleep.

As the nervous system softens, Yoga Nidra supports the body’s natural restorative processes while encouraging emotional balance, mental clarity, and greater inner ease. No physical yoga experience is necessary. Your only task is to become comfortable, listen, and rest.

Practice Profile

Intensity: ⭐☆☆☆ Restorative

Restorative classes emphasize stillness, deep rest, and nervous system support. You’ll remain comfortably reclined throughout the practice, using blankets, bolsters, and other props as needed. No physical exertion or expectation to stay fully awake.

Experience: All Levels Welcome

Focus: Relaxation • Rest • Nervous System Support • Inner Awareness

What We’ll Explore

Each class begins with time to settle into a comfortable resting position. You’ll then be guided through a traditional Yoga Nidra practice that may include breath awareness, body sensing, visualization, and the repetition of a personal intention, or sankalpa.

As the practice unfolds, you’ll be invited to follow the teacher’s voice while allowing your body to become increasingly still and relaxed. You may remain fully aware, drift toward sleep, or move gently between the two. There is no wrong way to experience the practice.

Each session concludes with a gradual return to waking awareness, giving you time to integrate the experience before moving back into your day.
