'No Kings Get Out The Vote' Rally For Joliet Revealed: 'Bring Your Poster With Your Feelings About Trump'

JOLIET, IL — People around Joliet who are sick and tired of President Donald Trump and his impact upon this country have decided it's high time for another No Kings Rally.

On Monday night, John Dzak Jr. notified Joliet Patch that he is organizing a rally for October 17 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. near the Louis Joliet Mall along Route 30 and Mall Loop Drive.

Oct. 17 is a Saturday. This rally will be themed the No Kings Get Out the Vote Rally.

"This is a peaceful, patriotic, family friendly rally, to express your dissatisfaction with the way things are now, Trump, his administration, and, turn that dissatisfaction into Democratic Votes, on November 3rd or Early Voting starting, October 17th," Dzak notified Joliet Patch. "We will have representative from, The League of Women Voters, to any voting questions. Attend! Volunteer! Vote Early!! Wear bright yellow! Bring a poster with your feelings about Trump!! Let's restore checks and balance and accountability to our government!!

"You can, Sing! Chant! Wave American Flags! and, Posters! Stand! Sit! Either is fine. We will not be marching! LET'S HAVE A GREAT RALLY!!!!"

Dzak ended his message by saying they also will have volunteers directing people, trained CPR/AED for use of defibrillators and the Heimlich maneuver as well as First Aid people and security guards on hand.
