The Wilmette Community Band celebrates 45 years on the North Shore with its free Spring Concert. The music starts with an arrangement of the Gershwin hit, Strike Up the Band!, and ends with the stirring Viking March, by Karl King. In between, there is music by Grainger, Vaughn Williams, Copland, Persichetti, Galante, and Shostakovich. Join us for this free concert!
