New Eatery Set For Downtown La Grange, Related To Other Restaurant
The space became vacant after a decade-old restaurant closed its doors earlier this year.
LA GRANGE, IL – A new restaurant is planned for the vacant space in downtown La Grange at 37 La Grange Road, where the longtime Steak + Vine recently closed.
The new restaurant is Woow Hot Pot, which would be related to the next-door Woow Sushi.
Hot pot is a meal simmering in a pot at a table, containing meats and vegetables.

A person answering the phone at Woow Sushi on Wednesday said the goal is to open the new restaurant in the next three to four months. A renovation has started.
Steak + Vine closed earlier this year after a decade in La Grange.

Woow Sushi has been in its downtown space for about 15 years. Its other location is in Algonquin.
