How Kids In Lake Forest Can Get Rewarded For Good Behavior
The Lake Forest Police Department is rewarding kids who make safe choices this summer by offering positive tickets and coupons.
LAKE FOREST, IL — Kids in Lake Forest who get caught doing something good this summer can earn rewards from local police.
Positive tickets are returning for summer 2025 to encourage young residents to make good and safe choices. Each ticket received comes with a coupon to a favorite local restaurant.
“These tickets are a way to encourage the positive actions we see every day,” said Police Chief John Burke. “Yes, we enforce the rules – but we also want to recognize when young people are making smart, respectful choices. It’s about reinforcing good behavior."
