Is This Your Dog? Lake Forest Police Search For Owner
The dog is a male pit bull mix and was found on Tuesday morning.
LAKE FOREST, IL — The Lake Forest Police Department is looking for the owners of a sweet dog that was found Tuesday morning.
Police said the dog was found at about 9:00 a.m. near Suffolk Lane and Route 60.
According to the department, the dog is a male pit bull mix. Police described him as friendly and said he was not wearing identification when he was found. Authorities were also unable to find a microchip.

The department is asking residents who may recognize the dog to come forward. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Lake Forest Police Department at 847-234-2601 and press 3 for the Records Department.
