Downtown Lemont Parking Garage Closes For Three Weeks Due To Repairs
Phase 2 of the parking garage repairs is due to start on May 11.
LEMONT, IL — The parking garage at 310 River St., in downtown Lemont, will be closed for about three weeks due to repair work, the Village of Lemont shared.
Phase 2 of the parking garage repairs is due to start on May 11.
"Due to the scope of the repairs, the garage will be closed to vehicle parking," the Village said. "Residents will continue to have access to the elevators and stairwells."

All vehicles will need to be removed before May 10, and any vehicles left in the garage will be towed.
During the garage closure, residents are encouraged to park along River Street, in Metra lots, Front Street, Stephen Street and Athens Park. On street parking time limits and Metra lot parking fees will be waived at these locations for the duration of the project, the Village said.

Designated ADA parking will be located on Front Street, in parking stalls adjacent to the Front Street Lofts property, to provide accessible parking.
