Early Voting Starts Oct. 19 At Lemont Township Community Center

LEMONT, IL — Early voting will begin Oct. 19 at Lemont Township Community Center for the Nov. 3 General Election.

The General Election will include the gubernatorial race, as well as various county races, including for County Clerk, County Sheriff, County Board positions, County Treasure, County Assessor and several judge positions.

Lemont voters will also see a referendum question about increasing the limiting rate from Lemont-Bromberek Combined School District 113A on their ballots.

The exact question will be: "Shall the limiting rate under the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law for Lemont-Bromberek Combined School District Number 113A, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois, be increased by an additional amount equal to 0.360000% above the limiting rate for levy year 2024 for the purpose of providing educational programming and instruction and operating, maintaining, improving and constructing school buildings and facilities and for other school purposes, and be equal to 2.320037% of the equalized assessed value of the taxable property therein for levy year 2026?"

For Cook County voters, early voting starts Oct. 19 at Lemont Township Community Center, 16300 Alba St., in Lemont. Here are the early voting hours:

• 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Oct. 19-23
• 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Oct. 24
• 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 25
• 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Oct. 26-30
• 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Oct. 31
• 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Nov. 1
• 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Nov. 2
