Join us in the grassy area next to Gost Coffee for our Dog Yoga & Adoption Event with Cache Creek Rescue. Enjoy a one-hour outdoor yoga flow led by the amazing Kadri, surrounded by wagging tails, happy faces, and pups striking their best downward dogs right alongside you.
Spending time with dogs has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety, boost mood, and increase feelings of calm and connection — and this class is the perfect blend of movement, mindfulness, and unconditional love. You may even meet your new best friend, as all participating pups will be available for adoption.

Please bring your own yoga mat or towel for class. Be sure to grab a coffee from the wonderful Gost Coffee to make your morning pure bliss (coffee and shopping not included in ticket price).
