Expanded Farmers Market Coming To Naper Settlement This Season
The expansion, via a partnership with Bensoudin USA, promises "a vibrant experience that combines food, entertainment and community."
NAPERVILLE, IL — This season, the Naper Settlement Farmers Market will offer a new experience that features live music, expanded shopping opportunities, food and nature classes and kids activities.
The expansion comes via a partnership with Bensoudin USA, which operates dozens of farmers markets throughout the greater Chicago area, New York and Paris.
The expanded Naper Settlement Farmers Market opens June 30 and will take place on Tuesdays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. through Sept. 22. To celebrate the opening, the Matt Shevitz Trio will perform live music from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. as part of a WDCB Jazz Night.

During the run of the farmers market, other local bands will play from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the porch of the settlement's Paw Paw Post Office.
Each farmers market will also feature classes for adults from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. that focus on such topics as canning, beekeeping and raising chickens.

From 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., kids can take part in an activities hour that includes interactive storytelling or live music from Miss Jamie's Farm.
