Hours Change At Centennial Beach As School Starts

NAPERVILLE, IL — As the school year begins, late summer hours are set to take effect at Centennial Beach, the Paddleboat Quarry and the splash pads at 95th Street Community Plaza and Wolf's Crossing Community Park.

Late Summer Hours At Centennial Beach

Aug. 13: Closed

Aug. 14: Open swim from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Aug. 15: Adult float from 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m.; open swim from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Aug. 17 through Aug 21: Closed

Aug. 22: Adult float from 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m.; open swim from 11 a.m. to dusk

Aug. 23: Adult float from 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m.; open swim from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Aug. 24 through Aug. 28: Closed

Aug. 29: Adult float from 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m.; open swim from 11 a.m. to dusk

Aug. 30: Adult float from 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m.; open swim from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Aug. 31 through Sept. 4: Closed

Sept. 5: Adult float from 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m.; open swim from 11 a.m. to dusk

Sept. 6: Adult float from 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m.; open swim from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sept. 7: Members-only adult float from 9 a.m. to 10:55 a.m.; open swim from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The splash pads will be open every day from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. through Labor Day.

As of Aug. 15, the Paddleboat Quarry will only be open on weekends from 10 a.m. to dusk. The quarry's last day of operation for the 2026 season is Labor Day.
