Sand And Sun Inspire "Spring Break Beach Break" At DuPage Children's Museum
The activation features play and exploration stations that incorporate sensory elements and beach themes.

NAPERVILLE, IL — DuPage Children's Museum (DCM) is hosting "Spring Break Beach Break" March 28 through April 8. The beach-themed activities include designing coral reefs, flying kites in a wind tunnel and hunting in sand tables.
Other sensory experiences incorporate hands-on water play areas and lounging in a Calming Cabana amid the sounds of ocean waves.
Kids will also have the opportunity to draw and paint with the help of Jennifer Starchvill, who is the museum's artist-in-residence and "Expert Doodler of Nonsense."

“This week is all about bringing the feeling of the beach indoors and giving families a place to play,
explore, and connect,” DCM Public Programs Manager Shamra Fallon said in a statement.
Fallon added, “We’re creating opportunities for kids to follow their curiosity—whether that’s experimenting with water, building something new, or simply enjoying time together. It’s the kind of learning that sticks because it feels like
pure fun.”
