Oak Forest Man, 59, Killed In Multi-Vehicle Crash: Oak Forest Police

OAK FOREST, IL — A 59-year-old Oak Forest man died following a crash at 157th and Cicero Avenue Saturday night, police confirmed Monday.

At approximately 10:42 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, Oak Forest Police responded to a crash involving several vehicles in the northbound and southbound lanes of Cicero Avenue at 157th Street.

Oak Forest police and fire personnel at the scene provided medical aid to Thomas Darling Jr., 59, of Oak Forest. Darling was later transported to South Suburban Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The incident is currently under investigation by the Oak Forest Police Department in conjunction with the South Suburban Major Accident Reconstruction Team.
